How often should you get a massage?

There's no single schedule, but once a month is an easy place to start.

Let how you feel set the pace

Book a session, then notice when you'd like another. That gap is your pace for now, and it can change. Budget counts too: pick a rhythm you can repeat without it feeling like a stretch.

Think about what the session is for

Booking for a tight spot, like your shoulders? Say so at the start, and book again when you want that attention again. Booking as a regular break? Pick a day each month and keep it.

Unsure how long to book? The 60 or 90 minute guide helps, and the massage menu shows every service.

Try a four week gap first

Book one massage, then a second about four weeks later. Compare how each felt, and keep the gap, shorten it or stretch it.

Questions

Is once a month too often?

No rule says so. It's a simple default to try, and you can book more or less often depending on what you enjoy and what you want to spend.

Do I need a regular schedule?

No. Booking whenever you want one is a fine schedule.

What if I have an injury or health condition?

Speak to your healthcare provider before you book or set a routine. Tell your therapist about anything relevant at the start of your session.
